Welcome Emerald Cup Vendors

Dear Interested Emerald Cup Vendors,

Thanks for your interest in being a part of the 2010 Seventh Annual Emerald Cup This year’s event will feature a juried vendor area with our primary focus on high-quality, locally made products and services. Area 101 will be the exclusive glass retailer at the event. All vendors will be subject to approval. In order to be considered as a vendor, please send an email including a description of your products or services. Please send photos of your work and let us know if you have vended at the event in the past. Booth space is 10×10. Admission is for two people. Booths will be located in a rain-proof, heated tent but the ground will certainly be damp. Electricity is available. Vendor fees are $300 for the weekend. Vending will commence on Friday, December 10 at 2:00 pm. All vendors must be in position no later than noon, as parking is limited. Vending will continue until 1:00 am Saturday. Doors for the main event open on Saturday at 2:00 pm, with music beginning at 4:20. The vendors area will be open until 2:00 am Sunday morning.There will be security on site at all times. All parking will be off-site following load-in at a nearby location. A shuttle service will be available. Conditions are rustic. Be prepared for inclement weather and cold temperatures. Organic food will be available on site for purchase. There are motels in Willits- one-half hour to the south, and several campgrounds to the north. Thanks again for your interest.
